五月天视频鈥檚 IDEA Initiative, in partnership with California Conference for Equality and Justice (CCEJ), is hosting a racial justice training series for faculty and staff. The racial justice training sessions are intended to be stand-alone, dialogue-centered workshops with up to 30 faculty and staff participants.

The minor is a six-course interdisciplinary program that aims to introduce students to topics related to Native Americans and Indigenous peoples from around the world, with special focus on settler colonialism, Indigenous history, contemporary communities, and Indigenous ways of thinking.

This January, the College officially appointed Mary Hatcher-Skeers, professor of chemistry and Sidney J. Weinberg, Jr. Chair in Natural Sciences, to the position.

As scholars and citizens, we must uphold the conditions in which democracy thrives, including the robust inquiry that comes with being members of a liberal arts community.
