Library Collections

The General collection is located on level D. All items are shelved according to their Library of Congress call number.
Items may be borrowed for either 7 or 21 days (90 days for University staff, PhD, Masters by research and Honours students of the University).
The Short Loan collection is located in a room on Level B. It includes current textbooks and high-use items.
This collection has loan periods of either 3 hours or 3 days.
The Library has a large collection of online journals and ebooks. Unless otherwise indicated, access is restricted to staff and students of the 五月天视频.
Access online resources through:

The Rare Books Collection is comprised of books with an imprint pre-1900, plus some special or limited editions. Items in the Rare Collection are listed in .
Rare books cannot be borrowed, but may be viewed in the Library by prior arrangement. Some items may be viewed but not photocopied because of their fragile state.
The Clough Collection is a research collection purchased from Dr Richard Clough in 1974. The Collection comprises early works on the history of landscape, landscape design, gardens in many countries, plants and gardening, art, architecture and design. Titles held in the Clough Collection are listed on the .
Material cannot be borrowed, but may be viewed in the Library by prior arrangement. Restrictions may be placed on photocopying of this material if an item is in a fragile state.
The is a collection of Australian children's literature resources including children's books, original artworks, and authors and illustrators' papers. The Centre is located in The Hub in front of the UC Library.
Items in the Centre may not be removed from the building. Books in the collection are listed in the and Library Search. Please contact the Centre to arrange an appointment time to access material from their collection.
